for your property?
The answer depends on wall construction, condition and exposure. Existing damp or water-entry defects need investigating before the walls are covered.
Stone, brick, block and mixed walls do not all behave the same way. Insulation type and thickness need a property-specific assessment.

Is it the same as silicone rendering?
No. EWI includes an insulation layer. Silicone render without insulation changes the finish but does not provide the same thermal upgrade.
Will it lower heating bills?
Reducing wall heat loss can lower heating demand. Actual savings depend on the existing walls, the rest of the building and how the home is heated. We do not promise a fixed saving.
Can you quote from photographs?
Photos, wall sizes and a postcode help us review the likely scope. A final specification or quotation may require a site assessment.
What about permissions and building regulations?
Requirements need checking for the individual property before work starts, particularly where its appearance changes or the building is protected.
What guarantee is included?
Any applicable manufacturer guarantee, eligibility requirements and exclusions need confirming for the selected system and project. There is no blanket guarantee across all installations.
